The process

Anyway the result of the process is a sludge. Sometimes a separation of sludge and fleece is wished, a fleece
rewinder can be installed. For combustion plants that can be important.



The use

The fleece rewinder can be used for all belt filter plants. An advantage is the use together with an elevating
conveyor belt.

At the reverse roller at the end of the
belt filter the biggest part of the sludge
falls into the sludge tank.


The rest sludge is separated from
the filter fleece from the scraper.
